Lingonberry, also known as cowberry, foxberry, or rock cranberry, are native to counties in the Northern Hemisphere, from Europe and Asia right through to North America.
They are small red berries particularly popular in Scandinavia for use in jams and syrups because of their sour/sweet flavour.
