Chile de Arbol, also known as bird's beak chile and rat's tail chile, is a small but potent Mexican chilli.
These chillies are small, about 2-3 inches long, but don't let their size fool you. They are milder than a cayenne pepper but significantly hotter than a jalapeno. It has a nutty taste, almost smoky-like along with a light grassy undertone that is a great addition to sauces, salsas and more.
